Dentistry I, 3 - 7 March 2014, Halmstad / Sweden - held

Course Masters: Dr. Cecilia Gorrel DEVDC (UK), Dr. Margherita Gracis DEVDC, DAVDC (IT)

OVERVIEW

The 2014 dentistry module consists of residential (5 days) and long-distance learning over a period of three years. The goal of the dentistry module is to cover theoretical knowledge and practical skills of dentistry that every general practitioner needs to know. In addition, certain dental specialties, e.g. endodontics and restorative dentistry are taught.
The residential courses are theoretical and practical. In fact, roughly 50% of the time is spent in the laboratory learning and practicing the procedures. The number of delegates is limited to 30 individuals to allow efficient supervision of the practical procedures.
The long-distance learning is designed to complement and enhance the theoretical knowledge gained during the residential course.
